School Announcements
BLHS All A Field Trip
There was no school for Betsy Layne High School, Betsy Layne Elementary and Stumbo Elementary on January 26, 2012 so that students could go and support the Betsy Layne High School Bobcats in the All A tournament.  Betsy Layne got beat by 2 points but it was a good game and Betsy Layne had the most fans at the game.  We are proud of you BLHS!

School Newsletter

I will be putting out a school newsletter again for this year!  Earlier in the year, I asked students from each of my classes to report on news that was happening in their classes.  I intended on creating a video newsletter in which students would produce a video newscast on what is happening at our school.  I do not have that up and running yet.  Please send me pictures and articles that you want put into the school newsletter.  I am going to try to get the first newsletter out within a week.

Make Up Days
Make up days will be taken in the following order:
December 19, 20, 21 if days are missed before Christmas.
February 20
May 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, 23, 24, 25, 29, 30, 31
June days will be used if needed also.
Seven days will be banked.
